What to Expect
Your doctor will spend time with you listening to your history, your concerns, and describing the benefits of chiropractic care for your specific situation.
Your first visit will include a complete physical, neurological, and orthopedic exam from a respectful, holistic approach.
Your doctor will utilize non-intrusive indicators to determine what your body’s needs are and how to treat you. This goes beyond symptoms to determine the roots of “dis-ease” to regain “ease”, or health. They will then use gentle adjustments of the whole body to achieve pain relief and optimal function.
We are in-network with many insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare, Neighborhood Health (commercial and Medicaid), UniCare, and Always Health/Mass Brigham.
If you have Aetna, Coventry First Health, Tufts, United Healthcare or other companies, please call our office and we will help you maximize your reimbursement toward our services.
Did you know? You can use your Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Financial Savings Accounts (FSAs) toward your out-of-pocket costs. We also accept credit & debit cards.

What is SOT® Methods?
Our doctors use SOT® Methods. SOT® stands for Sacro Occipital Technic™. Sacro refers to the sacrum, which is the tail end of the spinal column. Occipital refers to the occiput, which is the bone at the base of your skull. So SOT® Methods focuses on the relationship between your sacrum and your occiput and how that relationship affects your overall functioning.
SOT® Methods is a dynamic union of osteopathy (cranial and organ therapy) and chiropractic (spinal and extremity work). The comprehensive, whole-body nature of this technique gives our patients a key advantage in their pursuit of wellness.
