The role of complete nutrition is critical in whole body wellness. Many patients want to go beyond healing the bumps, bruises and injuries they initially sought Chiropractic care for. Others already feel pretty good when they arrive in our office, but they want to feel stronger, and even better. This is where a full nutritional consultation and individualized plan with one of our Doctors comes in.

Nutritional deficiencies can be the cause of many health conditions and contribute to the severity of many others. These include chronic pain, joint stiffness, headaches, allergies, autoimmune diseases, ADD/ADHD, obesity, iodine deficiency, fibromyalgia, diabetes, gallbladder/digestive distress, toxicity and many more.

Proper nutrition, cleansing and supplementation promote a healthy body chemistry that can, in turn, help biochemically eliminate pain and joint dysfunction. This process goes hand in hand with your chiropractic care.

What to expect in a nutritional consultation:

-fill out in depth system/symptom survey form

-set goals: including individualized diet recommendations and supplement

regimens. This may include lab testing; blood work, urine analysis, iodine

testing or some form of detoxification depending on your indivdual needs.

Re-evaluations will be done to support your process, change your regimen

as needed and to track your progress toward your goals.
